Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it may not be possible to cancel as production begins shortly after. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, and we'll do our best to assist.

I put the wrong address in, what should I do?

Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct delivery address. We'll do our best to update this before your order is dispatched.

How can I check the status of my order?

You'll receive email updates at key stages of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Can I add something to my order if it's already been confirmed?

Unfortunately, changes to an existing order are not possible once it's in production. Any additional items would need to be placed as a separate order, which may also extend the lead time on your original order.
